How to Order - Payment

To order products from the online store of Puzzle Box, the user/customer is first asked to add them to the shopping cart and then to follow the simple steps of choosing the shipping and payment method. The company then sends by e-mail receipt of receipt of the order to the email address of the user-buyer so that he can access electronically through his order.

Upon receipt of the acknowledgment of receipt, the parties acknowledge that the contract of sale has been concluded. All parcels are accompanied by a simple retail receipt or invoice upon request.

Payments for the products that the customer chooses to buy are made by credit card or deposit in a bank account or cash on delivery or PayPal. Puzzle Box accepts payment with the following credit cards: All Visa, Mastercard & Maestro cards.

The delivery of the available products takes place as soon as possible. Shipping costs are reported before your order and are borne by the customer. Puzzle Box does not send parcels to mailboxes and does not deliver its products to minors or to persons under guardianship, without the written authorization of their parents or guardians.

In cases of force majeure, the company is not responsible for delays in the execution of the order. In case of lack of immediate availability of the products, the company is not responsible for delays and the user can be informed about the progress of the order through the customer service department.

Non-Defective Product Return Policy

Puzzle Box, through the many photos it lists combined with detailed descriptions, tries to give a complete picture of each product in an easy and fast way. However, due to the nature of online shopping and the absence of physical contact, there may be cases where the product does not meet the customer's expectations.

For this reason, Puzzle Box provides the right of unjustified withdrawal within 14 days, in accordance with Law 2251/1994.

Warranty

Items with a guarantee are subject to the terms of sale that apply at the time of sale. The guarantee is valid from the date of receipt of the products, certified by the consignment note, which must be kept by the customer.

The warranty does not cover any damage due to poor maintenance, non-compliance with instructions for use, or physical damage. A product with a material defect, which is delivered to the customer and is not due to his fault, is replaced by another identical one.

A defect in the product does not give rise to liability of the company if it did not exist at the time of delivery or could not be ascertained due to the current level of scientific and technical knowledge. Similarly, any damage caused by the use of the product due to an act or omission of the user or a third party does not give rise to liability of the company.

Your personal data is collected by Puzzle Box exclusively in the context of transactions and communication for order completion, pricing, delivery facilitation, general execution of orders, service of requests, and sending informative messages related to our products and services.
