Return and replacement of a product

The puzzlebox.gr in order to ensure the smooth and safe purchasing of a product gives the opportunity to the buyer to return and replace the product by another of the same or a different product if available.

The replacement product can only be accepted if it is in the original-factory condition.

The request for replacement of a product must be made within 14 calendar days of receipt by mail at info@getmygreekgames.com or by replying in the mail of your order confirmation.

The cost of the return and the delivery is charged to the costumer. The same rules apply in case of refund.

In all cases the return to product replacement should be done with all the documents accompanying the product (e.g. retail receipt etc.) and the complete package.


Return of a product due to a puzzlebox.gr mistake.

In case a product is mistakenly sent, puzzlebox.gr is fully responsible for the replacement and the delivery of the right product to the buyer, covering in full its delivery costs, as long as the product will be sent back in his original from the factory condition.

The replacement demand must be done within 3 days from the mistakenly delivery of the product and after a previous contact by mail between the buyer and the company.

For all the cases, the return of the replaced product must be done with all its documents which accompanied the product (e.g. retail receipt etc.) and its full package.
